We grade each stage A to F

A cut bloom is a held breath, and the trick of the trade is knowing exactly how long that breath can wait. A stem that leaves us as a firm, tightly folded bud still carries days of travel inside it, so it can cross distance and still arrive ready to perform. A flower that has already opened wide has spent most of its gift, so it must go straight to the nearest counter that will finish the story today.

Bloom Conditioning and Grading

Every stem passes the bench the morning it arrives. We strip the lower leaves, trim the stems at an honest angle, and drop each one into clean water with a clear hydration hold so it drinks deeply before it ever climbs onto a truck.

Then we grade. Stem strength, petal set, neck posture and how tightly the bud still holds its secrets: each flower earns a letter. A tight bud may wait days for the road; a heavy open bloom is matched with a nearby counter that will love it tonight.

Nothing is guessed here. A stem that is not ready does not travel, and that single rule protects everyone further along the chain, because the person who buys an open flower from us knows it will open, and the hotel that buys a tight stem knows it will hold its shape for the day its function demands.

Cold Chain Freight

A flower asleep is a flower that lasts. We run a steady cold chain from the moment a box leaves the grower to the second it opens in our cooled room and again when it rolls out to your door.

Sensors ride with every load and the dial stays low and narrow, near four degrees, because a warm hour here steals two days of vase life there.

Freight is scheduled around the dial, not around a clock. Loads that will miss their window simply do not run the gamble.

This is why the cold chain is the whole meaning of our trade rather than just an added detail. Flowers are priced on freshness, and freshness is exactly the thing that most easily leaks away in a warm doorway or a long wait on a receiving dock.
